Leggy Update

Is it possible to have a type of tibial fracture that you can walk with (gingerly)?
This is starting to scare me and piss me off more every day. It's wonky as hell now from the ankle up to, and including, the knee ~ which, by the way, I can bend, but still feels wonky. All the way up the front of my lower leg it's still blotchy and tender to the touch.

Dang. It happened way back on T'giving night!
But I *AM* almost 60 yrs old (aka very slow to heal).

Besides the obvious "no money for this kinda shite" situation, I don't want a damn doctor handling, squeezing and prodding my leg. UGGHHH. Leave me the hell alone! D:
