The best Brian lookalike I'd ever seen was in 1965, and I saved the wedding announcement pics from (I think it was) Teen Screen mag.

Harry Falk and Patty Duke, newlyweds. In 1965, at the age of 18, Patty married Harry, a director of her TV sitcom. He was 32. They divorced in 1969.

Since then John Simm seems to resemble Bri ~ but nobody else even comes close to looking like him.
